Members

Manage your hunting team's member list, roles, and invitations.

Overview

The member list shows everyone in the team with their name, email, phone number, and role. Each member has a role badge showing their permission level.

View Members

  • All members are shown in a list with name and contact details
  • Tap a member to see details
  • Role badges show each member's permission level

Roles

  • Secretary and Team lead — administrators with full permissions
  • Member — standard role
  • Guest hunter, Tracking service provider, Landowner, Non-hunting guest, Farmer — other roles

Requires administrator role

The following features require you to be a secretary or team lead.

Invite Members

  1. Tap Invite
  2. Enter one or more email addresses (comma or line separated)
  3. Invitees receive an email and are added automatically when they log in

TIP

The number of available seats is shown if the team has an active subscription. If there are no free seats, go to Billing to increase the count.

Manage Invitations

Under pending invitations, administrators can:

  • Resend an invitation
  • Revoke an invitation

Team Settings

Administrators can edit the team name and description via team settings.
