Tasks

Create and assign tasks to hunting team members with the option to link them to calendar events.

Overview

The task list shows incomplete tasks first, then completed ones. Each task can be assigned to a member and linked to a calendar event.

View Tasks

• Incomplete tasks are shown at the top
• Completed tasks are shown with strikethrough text
• Assigned member is shown by name
• Linked event is shown with a calendar icon

Mark as Complete

Tap the checkbox next to a task to mark it as complete (or uncheck it).

Requires administrator role

The following features require you to be a secretary or team lead.

Create Tasks

1. Tap the + button
2. Enter a title
3. Optionally select a member to assign the task to
4. Optionally select a calendar event to link to
5. Save

TIP

Assigned members receive a notification about the new task.

Edit and Delete

Administrators can edit and delete tasks.
