Billing

Manage your hunting team's subscription, pay with Swish or card, and view payment history.

Overview

Jaktli costs 240 SEK per seat per year (20 SEK/person/month). New teams get a 30-day free trial with no payment details required.

Subscription Status

Your subscription can have the following statuses:

• Trial — free for 30 days, all features available
• Active — paid subscription
• Canceled — active until the end of the period, then access ends
• Past due — payment failed, 14-day grace period
• Expired — access limited to read-only

Start Subscription

Requires administrator role

Subscription management requires you to be a secretary or team lead.

1. Go to Billing
2. Select the number of seats (at least as many as the current member count)
3. Tap Subscribe
4. You'll be directed to Mollie for payment via Swish or card
5. After successful payment, the subscription is activated

Change Seat Count

1. Go to Billing
2. Adjust the number of seats with + and −
3. Any prorated charge for the remainder of the period is shown
4. Tap Save and confirm

TIP

You are only charged for new seats beyond what has already been paid for in the current period. Reducing the seat count costs nothing.

Cancel Subscription

1. Go to Billing
2. Tap Cancel subscription
3. Confirm in the dialog
4. The team keeps access until the end of the period

Reactivate Subscription

If the subscription is canceled but the period hasn't expired, you can reactivate:

1. Go to Billing
2. Tap Reactivate
3. A new subscription is created starting at the end of the current period

Payment History

Under Payment History, all payments are shown with status, payment method, amount, and date.
