When do I use feedback?
- Something isn't working as it should (a bug)
- You want to suggest a new feature or improvement
- You have a general comment
The feature is open to all members.
Need help with your account?
Email support@jaktli.se for help with your account, payment, forgotten password, or anything else. The feedback form is only for bugs, suggestions, and comments.

Send feedback
- Tap the profile icon and pick Settings
- Tap Send feedback
- Pick a category
- Write your message
- Optionally add a screenshot from your phone's photo library, then tap Send feedback
A good bug report
Try to describe: what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot makes it much easier for us to find the problem.
Screenshots
Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, and WebP. If the upload fails you can choose to send without the image, or try again.
