Sign-in and account
I'm not getting the recovery code in my email
Three things to check:
- Spam folder: the code sometimes lands there, especially the first time
- Right email address: the code is sent only to the address on your account
- Time: the code expires after a short while; request a new one if it's been too long

Can I use the same account on several devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on your phone and in the browser. Settings and data follow your account.
Can I use Jaktli in a browser?
Yes, go to jaktli.se. The same features are there as in the mobile app.
How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap Delete account and confirm
WARNING
Deleting the account is permanent. All your data is removed. See Profile and Settings for details.
Team and invitations
I don't see any team in the app
Two possible reasons:
- You haven't been invited yet: ask the administrator (secretary or team lead) to send an invitation to your email address
- The invitation went to a different email: ask the administrator to resend it to your actual address, or sign in with the address the invitation was sent to
You can also create your own hunting team and become administrator straight away.
I changed my email, what do I do?
The email address can't be changed inside the app. Email support@jaktli.se and we'll help move the account.
Notifications
Push notifications aren't working
- Open your phone's Settings
- On iPhone: Notifications → Jaktli, turn on Allow notifications
- On Android: Notifications → Jaktli, turn on the categories you want
- Then open Jaktli, go to Profile → Notifications, and check that the categories you want are on
Billing emails are always sent and can't be turned off. They go only to administrators.
Game cameras
Trail camera images aren't appearing
Check the following in order:
- The address on the camera is exactly the one from Jaktli (paste again if you're unsure)
- The camera has signal: send a test photo and see if it arrives
- 15 minutes: photos can take up to 15 minutes to show up in the app
- Storage: the latest 50 images per camera are kept. Older photos are removed automatically

Payment
Payment failed
Common causes:
- Insufficient funds
- The bank blocked the transaction for security
- The card is blocked or expired
You have a 14-day grace period before access is restricted. Try again via Billing → Pay now, or use Swish instead of card. If that doesn't help, contact your bank.
How do I change payment method?
On the billing page you can remove the current payment method and restart the subscription with Swish or a different card.
