Profile and Settings
Here you'll learn how to change your profile picture, edit your contact details, control which notifications you get, switch language, and (if you need to) delete your account.
Two separate screens
The app has two places for personal settings:
- Profile: personal information, profile picture, and notifications
- Settings: language, privacy, help, data export, and sign-out
You reach both via the icons in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Profile picture
- Open Profile
- Tap your profile picture (or your initials)
- Pick a new picture from your phone's photo library, or pick Remove picture
The new picture appears immediately for the whole team in the member list.
Personal information
Edit your first name, last name, and phone number under Profile. The email address you sign in with cannot be changed; if you need to change email, email support@jaktli.se.
Notifications
Notifications are controlled per team. If you're in several teams, each team has its own settings. The settings apply to the team you've selected at the top of the home screen.
For each team you can set push and email separately for four categories:
- Calendar: new events, changes, and reminders
- Notice board: new posts and updates
- Tasks: new and assigned tasks
- Team: new members and team changes
Billing emails
Emails about payment (receipts, failed payments, soon-to-expire subscriptions) are always sent and cannot be turned off. They go only to administrators.
No notifications at all?
Check that you've allowed Jaktli to send notifications. On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Jaktli. On Android: Settings → Notifications → Jaktli.
Settings
Under the settings screen you'll find:
- Language: switch between Swedish and English. The setting applies to the whole app.
- Privacy policy: how your personal data is handled under GDPR.
- Help: opens the documentation in your browser.
- Send feedback: report bugs and suggest improvements, see Feedback.
- Export my data: downloads all your data as a JSON file. You can share the file via the standard share sheet.
- Sign out: signs out of the app. You can sign in again with the same email and password.
Delete account
This cannot be undone
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile, name, and picture
- Your membership in every team
- Everything you've created (notices, tasks, contacts, photos, expenses, cameras, markers)
You cannot recover a deleted account. To try again later you'll need to create a brand-new account.
- Open Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
- Confirm in the dialog
